How many dues-paying members does the PRFA have?

How many of those dues-paying members vote each year? How many make nominations each year? Is there a year-by-year breakdown available?

Getting a ring for the Packers probably wont help Andre Rison make the HOF, though it could but I was happy for him knowing how good a player he was.
