The 1924 Buffalo Bisons had a player named Al "Chick" Guarnieri. He was called Chick because he had an older brother named Henry, whom was commonly known as "Hen." People began referring to the little brother as "Chick," and they became "Hen and Chick." True story.

I also like when they are players at the same time with the same name and position that play for different teams, usually one is better and much more famous than the other. Examples: Reggie White (his namesake played for the Chargers and Patriots from 1992-1995) and Adrian Peterson (his namesake played for the Bears from 2002-2009, in his last three season both Peterson were active at the same time).
