That fan against the Texans timed the pass perfectly. Does anyone know which team had the biggest come from behind victory during the ten years ?

The Raiders and Chargers had alot of great games as well with Alworth dominating some of them, though in his first or second book, Madden claims DB Kent McCloughan played well against him but struggled with Don Maynard.

The 12/22/63 Oilers at Raiders game was a tremendous shootout. Tom Flores threw for over 400 yards and 6 touchdowns to lead Oakland to a 52-49 win. George Blanda threw 5 td passes for Houston. Mike Mercer's 39 yard field goal won the game. It was the highest scoring AFL game of all time:

When you watch the fan -- you have to think he at least played high school, if not college football. He seemed to know what he was doing.

Biggest comeback might have been the Broncos over the Patriots in 1960??? Still tied as the largest comeback in Broncos history. That was 24 points -- is anyone aware of a bigger comeback?

Thanks for that bit of info. Last week before Madden's passing I saw something on YouTube with Bud Grant and his Vikings. That got me to wondering how many head coaches who coached in the 60's are still alive. I came up with Madden, Grant, and Joe Schmidt. I didn't give much thought about AFL coaches. Sadly replacing Madden with Collier.

Any other names to add?

A game that gets ignored, but had to be entertaining was the Thanksgiving 1962 game between the Titans and Broncos, won by the Titans, 46-45:
