Thanks for posting. I remember that also during the 1994-95 playoffs, field judge Donnie Hampton also died. Other officials I remember who passed away during the season were Vince Jacob (1982) and Ray Douglas (1983). Referees Dick Jorgensen and Gene Barth died between 1990 and 1991, but they died before the season or didn't work any games.
You are right about Hampton. He died the day after the Super Bowl, so the season was still active until the Pro Bowl. And just weeks after Hamilton.
