Andre Rison had some of the best hands I have ever seen. He rarely dropped a ball and set the tone in that SB against the Patriots ...

If you base induction on talent alone, Brown is a slam dunk. However, with all his off-the-field, and personality issues, I can see him not being inducted. There are definitely guys who aren't in based on what they did off-the-field who were really good.
