I seem to repember that the Seahawks - Raiders game for 10/3/99 was missing a quarter. At least I once read a digital archive of a copy that was.

Greetings. I just wanted to keep this post alive and see if there is any forthcoming updates the the GameBooks section. I'm looking forward to the updates!!

I'm going to try and revive this topic. Last year sometime, there was some conversation about upgrades or previously unavailable gamebooks from the following teams...Redskins 1981-1989, Packers 1960-1992, Oilers 1978-1979 becoming available. I am wondering about the status of any of those being uploaded to these members only part of the site. There are a handful of gamebooks that are missing from 1976-1986. I am hopeful about any progress that may have been made over the last year.

This is a list of where we have the biggest holes in our library...
Bears (pre-1982), Redskins (pre-1981), Oilers (pre-1978), Saints, Falcons and Cardinals (pre-1983), all Bengals/Chiefs matchups pre-1988 games, several Chiefs 1984-1987 games, Bengals/Oilers matchups pre-1983, lots of Bengals games (pre-1982), Giants and Vikings (pre-1981), three 1980 Chargers games (vs. NYG, at Cin, at Wash) and some pre-1980 Colts games.

I am currently working on putting together participation, starters and as many defensive stats as I can put together for the 1980 season. A lot of teams have most of the defensive stats that I'm looking for in team media guides but there are still a lot of holes in stat lines that would have to be filled by info provided in gamebooks.

Below is a list of what I'm looking for from the 1980 season. If anyone can help with any of what I've listed please PM me on here, e-mail me at RSLIETZAU at GMAIL dot COM or see about getting what you have uploaded to the members only section.

Most of those NFC games exist on video in the hands of collectors so the information could be gleaned from a rewatch and scoring the game from scratch. A last resort for sure...

I have been undertaking a stock take of all the gamebooks on the member area with the files obtained from the late Rupert Patrick.

This has taken a lot longer than I anticipated but have fully completed the 1960s, 1970s and up to 1982.

Hopefully the 1960s and 70s will be updated on the members area soon.

As for those games from the 1980 season the following are still missing.

10 WAS 21 @ CHI 35 Q4 hard to read (play-by-play reconstructed)

and two that the play-by-play is unreadable

Down in his post he says hopefully it will be updated soon so apparently they have them all but haven't loaded them all yet.

The August 16th update involved adding the 2022 NFL season. We are currently working on additional updates.

Thanks for the updates, gentlemen. I'm sure there are many of us that are looking forward to seeing the updates that are coming from the 70's and early to mid-80's. I would be happy to assist in any way possible, if needed.
