I have a question for you all...who do you feel is the most underrated name from the Steelers Championship era?

Also, regarding former Steelers PR director Joe Gordon...I am happy to hear about him being awarded the Level of Excellence Award...I know this isn't particularly NFL-related...but I am trying to remember his wife's name, who I think I met at one point in Pittsburgh, unless my memory has bamboozled me...but her name escapes me...can anybody refresh my memory on what Joe's wife's name was?

Jon Kolb without a doubt. Tough offensive tackle who held his own against Jim Marshall and Harvey Martin in three SBs. Not sure if he faced Fred Dryer or not in the 4th SB. How does this guy not make a PB ?

L.C. Greenwood. 0 reason why this man is not in the HOF yet.

John Banaszak, Rick "Dazed and Confused" Moser, and JT Thomas to name just three!

Yes, LC has to get into Canton!! He should have prehumously! Jon Kolb a good mention as with every other starting non-Webster OL!

Gerry "Moon" Mullins was a personal favorite of mine when I was growing up.
Not sure why... I was just a little guy... probably the nickname...

Though he was replaced by Donnie Shell, who made many great plays for the championship teams, Glen Edwards was an enforcer in the secondary ... Ron Johnson had a great rookie season for the 78 champions. Ferocious against the Cowboys in the SB.

Bill Nunn, the Steeler scout who was just mentioned on this thread, basically said that Lewis was better than Swann and Stallworth, but he wasn't Keyshawn Johnson-like (in other words, he wouldn't call for the ball and be assertive).
