Coordinators who have not been a head coach before

Hi everyone,

Just had a question that popped into my head that I thought would be interesting to ask here.

Are there any coordinators (offensive or defensive) that have never been a head coach before that you think could make a good head coach and why?

I'm not sure if this is what you're going for.... But during his approx. 10 year stint as Colts offensive coordinator under Dungy, I was surprised Tom Moore was never given a head coaching opportunity elsewhere. Of course maybe he had an interview or two and I just don't know about it.
